Your Physio
Lillian sees people, not patients. She takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and create a tailored plan for your recovery and performance.
Her favourite part of being a physio is witnessing people return to the things that make them feel alive. Being trusted with a small part of that journey is something she is incredibly grateful for.
Her approach is evidence-based and holistic, focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and building long-term strength and resilience. Through personalised rehabilitation, she helps guide clients from injury and limitation back to confident, capable movement.
Outside the clinic, Lillian has a passion for martial arts including Karate and Muay Thai, which influences her appreciation for disciplined, controlled, and purposeful movement in her practice.
Lillian’s Approach
I don’t just treat pain — I work with people to understand why it’s happening in the first place.
Everybody tells a different story. That’s why I take a personalised, hands-on and exercise-based approach to help you move better, not just feel better temporarily.
My focus is on finding the root cause of your issue, restoring confidence in your body, and building long-term resilience so you can return to the things you love without hesitation.

What Lillian treats…
She helps people move through pain, injury, and performance-related goals.
She commonly works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
- Back and neck pain
- Sports injuries
- Knee, hip, and ankle pain
- Chronic pain
- Shoulder injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Running and overuse injuries
Whether symptoms are new or have been present for months, the goal remains the same — to restore confident, efficient movement.
evoflow philosophy
EvoFlow Physio is built on the understanding that the body is an interconnected system.
Movement is influenced by muscular, joint, neural, and lifestyle factors that continuously interact. When one area is under strain, the system adapts as a whole.
Treatment focuses on understanding these relationships, not just isolated symptoms, to identify what is driving limitations in movement or performance.
Recovery is not linear. It moves through phases that may involve modifying load and movement to build tolerance while maintaining as much capacity as possible.
From there, the focus shifts into progressive loading and reconditioning — rebuilding strength, control, and resilience over time.
With the right inputs, the system adapts, reorganises, and becomes more capable under load.
Hands-on treatment, education, and exercise-based rehabilitation are used throughout to support this process.
The goal is improved capacity, control, and confidence in movement.
